At the top of page 23, the syntax for using a MathTransform to convert
source to target coordinates is given as:

    mt.transform(sourceOrdinates, 0, targetOrdinates, 0,
sourceOrdinates.length);

I think this conflicts with the syntax in the Javadoc, which states that
the last parameter is "the number of point objects to be transformed".
In the above example, only one point is being transformed, so the last
parameter value should be 1, not sourceOrdinates.length.  Or should the
Javadoc read "the number of ordinates to be transformed"?
