[SensorML] SensorML tool: status, plans, SensorML 2.0

Downloading the SensorML tool from Google code, it looks like it hasn't been touched for a while, internet time. And it seems to have a number of open issues.  What's the current status and plan for work?  Will it support Sensor 2.0 any time soon?
