On page 89 you show the EPSG Information about
urn:ogc:def:crs:EPSG:6.17:3785 (web mercator) .

 

While this is true for EPSG Version 6.17, the Web Mercator is no longer
3785 (this was deprecated on 10 Feb 2009 under Change Request
EPSG::2008.114)

 

 

 

The new EPSG code is urn:ogc:def:crs:EPSG:6.18.3:3857 (web mercator) .

 

Also Ellipsoid 7059 changes to WGS 1984 (7030); Datum 6055 changes to
WGS 1984 (6326), Geodetic CRS changes from 4055 to WGS 1984 (4326) etc.
