First, I need to get the status of the NGA.SIG.0014_1.0_PROJRAS: "Map
Projections for Tiled Raster Graphics" document, of which the Implementation
Profile has a dependency. I was sent out for comment 24 Feb 15.

The latest profile draft is attached FYI. I'm retiring and Jeff Yutzler
has taken over as GPKG SWG Chair. Roy Rathbun will be managing the NGA
profile approval process.
