[CITE-Forum] OGC_Web Map Service (WMS)_1.3.0_r10 does not send mandatory SERVICE parameter

Hi Sebastian and Marco

I reinstalled WMS 1.3 r10 and restarted the server. I tested with the reference implementation and it is working fine.
