Hi,

I have a query regarding the order of elements in the transaction request,
where the geometry is to be represented according to GML 3.1.1 specs. Is
the order of elements in the transaction request needs to be as it is
defined in the xsd (GML 3.1.1) ? How the WFS 1.1.0 compliant server will
behave if the order of elements is not inline with the order mentioned in
the xsd.? For reference, pls have a look at the sample requests where
order of element <row> has been changed.

.         REQUEST 1

<Transaction version="1.1.0" service="WFS"
xmlns:wfs="http://www.opengis.net/wfs"
xmlns:ogc="http://www.opengis.net/ogc"
xmlns:gml="http://www.opengis.net/gml">

<Insert>

<tiger:poly_landmarks>

<the_geom>

<Sphere horizontalCurveType="circularArc3Points" verticalCurveType="
circularArc3Points">

<rows>1</rows>

<columns>1</columns>

<row>

<pos>2 3</pos>

</row>

</Sphere>

</the_geom>

</tiger:poly_landmarks>

</Insert>

</Transaction>

.         REQUEST -2

<Transaction version="1.1.0" service="WFS"
xmlns:wfs="http://www.opengis.net/wfs"
xmlns:ogc="http://www.opengis.net/ogc"
xmlns:gml="http://www.opengis.net/gml">

<Insert>

<tiger:poly_landmarks>

<the_geom>

<Sphere horizontalCurveType="circularArc3Points" verticalCurveType="
circularArc3Points">

<row>

<pos>2 3</pos>

</row>

<rows>1</rows>

<columns>1</columns>

</Sphere>

</the_geom>

</tiger:poly_landmarks>

</Insert>

</Transaction>

Thanks in advance!!

Best regards

Saurabh Chandan
