[CITE-Forum] USGS Services Re-Testing

Ingo and Luis,

The National Map services are ready for re-testing.  Here is the comments
from Rick Brown about the services:


   -

   OGC Testing - ready for retest but only expect on category of tests to
   improve.
   -

      We’ve updated the configuration to take care of the namespace issue.
      -

      We believe KVP encoded POST requests are not currently supported by
      ESRI.  POST requests do work with XML body but not KVP.  Refer to this

      The following article seems to indicate that ESRI  10.2 is still
      implementing the WFS 1.1.0 specification so failed tests for this version
      would be expected to fail:
