Hi Louis,
Just tried a SVN checkout and received the same error as Julian- it's asking for a username and password on the given link.
	svn checkout https://svn.opengeospatial.org/ogc-projects/cite/scripts/wms/1.3.0/tags/r9/ wms-1.3.0-r9

the output is attached - I used:
1 no username, no password [error: svn: E215004: No more credentials or we tried too many times.]
2. random username, no password [same error]
3. random username, random password [same error]
^^ those did not work with the given link. Is there another SVN link which provides anonymous access ?

Hi Julian

You should be able to access the SVN anonymously

For example you can do:

svn checkout https://svn.opengeospatial.org/ogc-projects/cite/scripts/wms/1.3.0/tags/r9/ wms-1.3.0-r9

What error are you getting?
