[CITE-Forum] wcs1-0-0:getcoverage_operations-getcoverage_request-domainsubset-post-xml-rectifiedgrid seems to be missing "Format" request parameter

Dear Yingqi Tang,

as WCS.SWG chair and WCS spec editor, let me point out that version 1.0.0 is
deprecated. As such, neither spec nor tests are maintained any further, due to
resource constraints in the working group. We strongly encourage to move to WCS
2.0 which solves a series of issues and establishes harmonization with related
standards, among other advantages.

regards,
Peter
