Hi,-
Can we request a change to the wfs-1.1.0-Basic-GetFeature-tc203.2.body.xml test?
It seems that the orientation of the gml:Polygon listed in this test needs to be reversed.

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
<!-- test case id: wfs-1.1.0-Basic-GetFeature-tc203.2 -->
<wfs:GetFeature xmlns:wfs="http://www.opengis.net/wfs" version="1.1.0" service="WFS">
<wfs:Query xmlns:sf="http://cite.opengeospatial.org/gmlsf" typeName="sf:PrimitiveGeoFeature">
<ogc:Filter xmlns:ogc="http://www.opengis.net/ogc" xmlns:gml="http://www.opengis.net/gml">
<ogc:Within>
<ogc:PropertyName>sf:pointProperty</ogc:PropertyName>
<gml:Polygon srsName="urn:ogc:def:crs:EPSG::4326">
<gml:exterior>
<gml:LinearRing>
<gml:posList>38.0 0.0 38.0 6.0 43.0 0.0 38.0 0.0</gml:posList>
</gml:LinearRing>
</gml:exterior>
</gml:Polygon>
</ogc:Within>
</ogc:Filter>
</wfs:Query>
</wfs:GetFeature>

I think sections 6.13.17.1, 6.4.33.2 etc. in ISO 19107 agree with this change.
The same convention of gml:Surface and gml:PolygonPatch can be used for gml:Polygon.
The convention for gml:Surface is stated in Section 10.2.2.1 in GML311 spec (OGC 03-105r1).

If this request is accepted, all needs to be done is to change the places of 2nd vertex and
3rd vertex of the triangle (gml:Polygon) in this test.

Thanks
baris
