Hi all,
in schematron the *assert *element is used to tag positive assertions about
a document, then adding an *or* condition into the statement cannot add
fails in other tests.

Regarding the URN "urn:x-ogc:def:crs" it must be tested? I don't find it in
the OGC urn policy (http://www.opengeospatial.org/ogcUrnPolicy) where the
urn resolver http://urn.opengis.net/ its addressed.

I am not sure to get the point, it is a specification issue or a test
writing issue?

In my opinion adding the *or* condition will not cause a failure to the
other tests.

Best regards,

Fabrizio Vitale
