why do you think this would be correct? The filter encoding spec's
PropertyName element is actually just a subset of XPath, so I believe
the interpretation should be based on xpath as well. Like I said before,
there are quite a few tests in the current suite that confirm this
interpretation. Also, error code 400 is not mentioned anywhere in the
1.1.0 spec.
