[CITE-Forum] WFS 1.0.0 TEAM Engine DescribeFeatureType tests

I'm failing some of the WFS 1.0.0 TEAM Engine DescribeFeatureType tests and cannot find any solution in the Archive Files except someone rearranged the order in which the feature types were listed in the response.

Any idea how to re-order?

I've attached the .xml files
