[CITE-Forum] WFS 1.1.0 CITE tests: multiple geometry types on a single layer

This came up as an issue while we were working on the RI for GeoServer.
While we support the multiple types for a single layer, it would have
been a lot simpler to just have separate layers like with the wfs 1.0
cite suite. It also prevents the storing of the data in formats like
shapefile.

My 2 cents.
