AIP-3 Development Milestones
Objective:  SBA scenarios implemented with common architecture use cases
AIP-3 Use Cases - AIP-2 plus several new use cases.
Scenarios and linked Use Cases partially complete by May 25th
Development now.
Testing begins in September:  1) Use Case Testing, 2) Scenario Testing
Demo captures complete in Early October - Capture workshop as virtual event.
