[AIP_Plenary] Phase 1 Testing Begins - call for components

AIP-2 Participants,

The AIP Plenary has determined we are ready to begin AIP-2 Testing.    
If you have services that are ready to be tested, this message invites  
you to list those services by February 21st.

The main elements of AIP-2 Testing are:
- Unit testing phase 1 in February
- Unit testing phase 2 in March
- Scenario testing in April
- Demo Capture event at the end of April

This message invites participants to make their components and  
services available for testing in Unit Testing Phase 1.   Unit testing  
is organized using the AIP-2 Use Cases (UC) - see link below,

The main steps of Unit testing are:
1. Component providers register their services (UC01), deploy those  
services (UC02), and optionally utilize the testing services (UC09)
2. Component providers (clients and servers) list their components in  
the AIP-2 Interchange Matrix (link below)
3. Client providers test against the listed services focusing on UC03,  
UC04, UC05, UC06, UC08.
4. Client and server providers resovle any issues identified in  
testing using the AIP-2 Test Log

For component providers with services to be tested in unit test phase  
1, please complete steps 1 and 2 by February 21st.

clarifications on the testing process and use cases.
