[AIP_Plenary] CFP Final Draft and Telecon

A slightly updated version of the Architecture Annex B has now been  
posted.

The new version of Annex B is 20080624
This will be the version reviewed during the webex.

Updates include:
- revised set of UML diagrams for SBAs
- edits in various sections by Josh L.
