[AIP_Plenary] CFP Initial Draft; Telecon 17 June

AIP,

An initial draft of the Call for Participation (CFP) for Phase 2,  
Annex B  is now posted:

The outline is comprehensive and most sections contain at least an  
initial draft.  Section 1.4 contains a list of the new topics in the  
CFP for Phase 2.  Thanks to all who sent materials sections.  Some  
sections are missing; please send those as soon as possible.

Comments on Initial Draft sent to me by 16 June will be incorporated  
in the Final Draft.

The next AIP Telecon will be 17 June.  There will not be a telecon on  
10 June.
Telecon on 17 June will be dedicated to walking through the CFP, plan  
for two hours.
