[AIP_Plenary] Comments on GEOSS Registration Process

I am (finally) trying to register the NOAA IOOS SOS implementations in the GEOSS Registry.
I encountered the following issues:

(1) OGC SOS was not listed as a Data Access Service choice when registering an SOS instance.
However, SOS is listed in the GEOSS Standards Registry as a Data Access Service
http://seabass.ieee.org/groups/geoss/index.php?option=com_geoss&Itemid=88&operator=AND&general=SOS&do_search=Search
Should not these two databases be linked?
OGC SOS has "Date Accepted: N/A." When will SOS be "accepted" as a GEOSS service?

(2) If the user spends too long on service registration page (e.g., while checking values for bounding box)
and the login session times out, when the reg page is submitted a dead-end blank page results.
User should be given the opportunity to save data or to keep session alive.

Regards,
Jeff DLB
